Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pryntman.com and any purchase you make from Pryntman ("Pryntman", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

1. About us

Pryntman is an online store based in Texas, United States, that sells original designs printed on apparel and merchandise. Our store runs on Shopify, and our products are made by third-party production partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and accept these Terms.

3. Products

Every product is made to order. We try to show products accurately, but colors can look different on different screens, and because each item is made individually, small variations in print color, size, and placement from the images shown are normal and aren't defects. Sizing information is in our size guide.

Designs are released in numbered drops and may be retired from the store at any time. Retiring a design doesn't affect orders already placed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and don't include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any order for that product and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if an order would violate these Terms, and we'll refund any payment for a cancelled order.

Because orders go into production quickly, you can cancel or change an order only before it enters production. See our refund policy.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is described in our shipping policy. Reprints, refunds, and returns are described in our refund policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this website and on our products are owned by or licensed to Pryntman and are protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only. It doesn't give you any right to copy, reproduce, resell as a design, or otherwise use the designs or content.

We respect others' intellectual property. If you believe something we sell infringes your rights, email admin@pryntman.com with a description of your work, where the infringing item appears on our site, and your contact details. We review every notice promptly and remove items when appropriate.

8. Your use of the website

You agree not to use the website to break the law; infringe anyone's rights; interfere with the website's operation or security; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; place fraudulent orders; or scrape, copy, or resell our content or designs.

9. Messages and reviews you send us

If you send us feedback, reviews, photos, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business. We won't post content that identifies you without your permission.

10. Third-party services

The website uses third-party services, including Shopify for the store and checkout, payment processors, production partners, and shipping carriers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is described in our privacy policy.

12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our refund policy, the website and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pryntman won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pryntman harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and Pryntman consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed and use of the website after it's posted.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms isn't a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Pryntman about the website and your purchases.
