Shipping policy

Every Pryntman product is made to order. Delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Production

Production usually takes 2–5 business days. It can take longer during peak seasons such as November and December.

Shipping

Within the United States, most orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. For other countries, the checkout shows the available shipping options and costs before you pay; delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Multiple items

Different products are made by different production partners, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in our prices or shipping costs.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can change the address only before your order enters production.
