how long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes a few business days, then shipping takes 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
where do you ship?
The checkout shows every country we can currently deliver to, with the shipping cost, before you pay.
can I return something?
If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged, or never arrives at all, we'll reprint it
or refund you. Email support@pryntman.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of
the problem (no photo needed for lost packages). No need to send the item back.
Because each piece is printed just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering. We'd rather you ask than guess.
how do the shirts fit?
Tees are a unisex, true-to-size fit. Hoodies and crewnecks are unisex, relaxed, and true to size. For the measurements, see the size guide. The easiest trick: lay a shirt you already like flat, measure it, and compare.
how do I keep the print alive?
- Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry low, or hang dry. Heat is what ages a print.
- Don't iron the print. Don't dry clean.
- Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Stickers are for indoor use, applied to a clean, dry, smooth surface. Laptops count.
what's a drop?
Designs release in numbered drops. Each one stays in the store for a stated window and is then retired. We don't do fake countdowns or "only 3 left".
