Everything is unisex. Width is measured flat across the chest, 1 inch below the armpit. Length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Manufacturer tolerance is about ±1 inch. If a product page shows its own chart, that one wins.

how to measure yourself (the lazy, accurate way)
- Take a shirt that fits you the way you like.
- Lay it flat. Measure straight across the chest, just below the armpits. That's your width.
- Measure from the top of the shoulder to the hem. That's your length.
- Pick the size in the table that's closest. Between two sizes? Size up. Shirts shrink; regrets don't.
mugs and stickers
Mugs come in 11 oz and 15 oz ceramic. Stickers are kiss-cut vinyl; each size option lists its dimensions.
